Super cool place, it was my first time in a Cracker Barrel and the only reason I was here was because of a spontaneous trip from Seattle to Missoula, I didn’t plan out where I would stay if it would be hotel, airbnb, a camp ground or just using a rest stop until morning. I had two campground picked out and both were closed for the season. I saw online that this spot allowed people to stay overnight as long as we ask and purchase something. I came 20 minutes before closing which is something you should never do at a restaurant and they accommodated me perfectly and was incredibly friendly service. The hostess/waitress Natalie and all the employees were great. I was too tired to get all their names after driving for 15hrs straight. But they made my first time in Missoula a pleasant one. Thanks again for letting me park overnight!! The food itself was bland for my liking but something I know my parents would enjoy because they like bland food >.< it seems like a spot for old people not gonna lie. I did come in 20 minutes before closing so I didn’t expect much, I also forgot to smoke before eating, which usually helps me taste food better and not feel sick when eating (due to medical conditions) overall food went down and service was great, For someone coming in and staying pass closing. thanks again for allowing me to park in your lot overnight!

Don't care for the fact that the waitress (not a new one either) constantly vocally contradicted our parenting and diet restrictions openly to our kids while we ordered. We had to ask other servers for basic refils and basic assistances throughout the meal and when we asked for to go boxes our server came by twice and kept saying" I've got it be right back" as I was gearing up my Lil ones in coats and my husband paid, she straight up clears our plates, wishes us a blessed night and disappears into the kitchen before I can say anything and no boxes were brought back. Food we did manage to eat was great, as always, though.I understand being busy when and if your designated section is fully tabled, or your short staffed, (been in that same situation at work myself,) but all that extra was unnecessary, and none of those instances were occurring.

The food was not as good as our past experience....they forgot out biscuits...which is must with fried chicken....when I attempted to get anyone's attention they acted like they didnt see...And incase it was true that they didn't see I tried twice more only to attention from tje hostess. She yelled across the room, "can I help you?" I said we did t get our biscuits. She responded very rudely with, "your server is right here!"....the server was busy cleaning a table....the hostess didn't have anyone waiting or anything...so the server said she would be right with us and was polite. When we received the biscuits out other food was cold and the biscuits were so moist they stuck to the roof of our mouths and just were not good at all. Definitely not worth a repeat or recommendation.
