This DQ is amazing! This location has been open for over 60 years and part of Missoula myth and lore. I think the bad reviews are from people who are using door dash and do not understand this location is much more than food, it's a whole vibe.

Rude snobby young highschool girl who took my order at the window. seemed like i was such a big inconvenience to her night. she was brunette and wearing a white shirt. everyone else was friendly.

Tried to go to the building on north reserve but it was closed,so we went to Higgins & Strand.

The employees are completely amazing.

Rude, apparently don’t know boundaries when I explain how they’re making me uncomfortable and talking low on me. Some white women woman with blonde hair talking low on me like a 12 year old… won’t order here again.

This DQ is an absolute Missoula staple. I have been going here since my parents took me when I was too young to walk there by myself!

Friendly staff, and the Heath Brownie Sundae is amazing!

Lukewarm, soggy fries May 4 around 3:50 pm. Blizzard and woman at window were delightful. Chicken strips were nothing special, not too hot and kind of dry. White sauce in chicken strips basket was disgusting and inexplicably looked similar to the inside of one of those chocolate Easter egg candies with how stretchy and goopy it was.

Got a blizzard chili dog and a Julius. Blizzard wasn’t mixed at all and all the strawberries were clumped to the side. The Orange Julius was literally watery orange juice. The chili dog had a literal equivalent of 1 tsp of chili on it 10/10 not going again to this location
