Overall, I was super happy with the experience I had at GILD! The food was amazing, with the pork belly tacos being the star of the show. I really enjoyed the drinks, calm atmosphere, and kindness of the staff! The video game arcade was a massive bonus.

Some confusion with my order got me charged for food I didn't receive. I had to order more food when I ordered two plates originally. I wish people were better listeners or better at communicating with co-workers. Probably won't be back there to have a filling meal.
GILD upped their taco game not too long ago and as a result it’s really become a fixture of the hip strip for reliable eats and quality beers. Always loved their quesadillas but the chicken tacos and frequent specials (short rib taco) bring it all up to a sure bet for a night out on the town.

Incredible food, staff, and beer. Underrated hot wing spot. Don't be afraid of the lingua. And, I know it's a pain in the butt to make, but I want the black garlic hot sauce in my life so badly.
