It’s definitely worth it to order from the app since they usually have some kind of deal or coupon to take advantage of. I’ve ordered pickup and both times my order was ready for me and correct when I arrived.The seasonal donuts are fun to try but I think the glazed donuts are hard to beat. They also have coffee so you can complete the old coffee and a donut combo!

This location over charged my card and when it was brought to there attention there staff acted out and arguing. The prices at the drive thru were incorrect but the staff said nothing we can do about it. Never seen more immature, unprofessional staff act this way when you over charged me. The man, possibly a manager at the window was very embarrassed and told his staff to stop and they would issue a refund. I called later and the girl who answered, said she was a manager reassured me it had been completed. Apparently all were incompetent because almost a month later and still no refund. Do not trust these people with your card, use cash only and verify they charged you correctly.

As we all know their donuts are good. Sadly, the Missoula store never has any of the specialty donuts. We went there for the heart donuts for Valentines, and they don't make them. They have a standard 13 types (the same types found at any grocery store) and that is it. Wish they would stop sending me emails about all the wonderful specialty donuts knowing the Missoula store will never have them.

Most of the time everything is great but occasionally you get a stale donut. Service is fine, nothing extraordinary but no real complaints. But dang donuts have gotten expensive!! But hasn't everything?
There's plenty to pick from and it's neat to be able to watch the donuts being made. I ordered 6 custard filled donuts, they tasted very fresh but were lacking in the filling. I will go back but I wouldn't get the custard donuts, if I'm wanting more of a plump filling. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and quick getting our order. As for cleanliness the dining area and the bakery looked pristine. However, the bathroom was in need of attention, it was fairly gross. Considering it was 10:30 on a Saturday, when I got there, I'm sure they had quite a few customers by that point. So with that in mind it is understandable that the restroom looked the way it did.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible

Got the Scooby Doo dozen and was highly disappointed. They didn't include all of the right donuts and the appearance was poor, tasted dry. I did however receive a free dozen donut coupon for the inconvenience and hope to have a better experience next time!
