I’m convinced there is no good place to watch UFC in Missoula. My first experience at this bar my husband and I ordered food and drinks, when it came time close out we asked for the bill. The server comes back verbally telling us how much we owe with no bill. When I asked for a bill she said they normally don’t print one out because it’s confusing for customers. Wth? How are you a business and don’t print out bills for customers??

I used to come to Native Wings and I miss that sports bar. That was until I came to Magic Diamond. Came here for the UFC fight and the service is amazing! Super nice servers and they care about the experience. To hell with Press Box and Paradise Falls for UFC. I have a new place.

The guy working was rude and condescending. I've ordered white Russians in the past and never had an issue. This guy working laughed at me and said "there's no way, how about a beer." He then made a comment about only betting 5 credits (don't think he released I was playing quarters). I expect quality service when gambling, if John is working I will go else where!

My bag ripped and my bottle of booze broke. The lady working when it happened was so sweet but couldn't replace it without permission from her higher ups. She took my info and I got a call a few days later and they replaced everything that I lost! All the employees very nice and helpful, will always go there to buy my booze from now on :)

It was very clean and neat. The pretty girl with long dark hair who sold me the rum I bought gave me a hard time accusing me of buying it for a friend in my car. This was a false accusation so I offered to show her my car right then because I wasn't hiding anything. In her defense, I walked into the casino, walked out because I forgot my wallet, opened my passenger door to get it, then walked back in. My experience went like this: I walked back in with my wallet, grabbed what I was there to buy, went to the counter, let the girl know that I was ready to buy it, I showed her my ID, and then the first thing she even said to me was "and can I see the ID of the people in your car?" I understand her suspicion but don't appreciate her utter lack of politeness, manners and hostile attitude. I didn't get a single smile out of her. Very service oriented! [sarcasm]
