I ordered a small green bean with chicken added to it, which came out to be around $11. Insanely disappointed by the portion size I received. Green beans are so cheap!! At least fill the container or put the serving in a smaller container so that it looks like the container is full. The food was tasty, but not $11 worth for this measly portion. I’ll never order here again.

This is the 2nd time in a row they have messed up our order. This time we spent over $70 and I get home and it's wrong again. I called to let them know and the girl didn't even ask for my name she just said okay I will let my manager know. Needless to say we will not go back! The only thing good was the gentleman who took our order. Very friendly

Twice in a row our takeout food has come with no sauce. Not light sauce, no sauce. So a bowl of rice, slaw/veg and meat. Not a bad start if you’re willing to doctor it up at home I guess. But that’s not what I’m looking for when I order fast food. The first time I figured it was a fluke. But for $40+ for fast food takeout (for 2) we won’t be back. It’s too bad this used to be a good quick reliable option.

They forgot to put lettuce in the salad bowl. Practically empty. My friends had noodle bowls. Way to make a girl jealous and stretch out every leaf.

We decided to get a quick snack at Noodle Express before getting on with our day. We had trouble getting service because the people that were there were too busy talking to pay attention to any customers. My husband finally got someone's attention and we were able to get our food. The Pork Yakisoba we got was good and we enjoyed it. We were the only ones in the place and still had trouble getting service.

The food is great. I do lots of catoring with these guys and everyone loves it. They changed the game when they hired Chase as the manager for both Missoula locations. Chase knows how to keep business coming back. He is a professional and will keep my business as long as he is running these restaurants. He makes it very easy for me to give them business by being professional, detailed, timely and answers the phone. Try it for lunch, dinner or catoring.

This evening went into the mall location and ordered two shrimp oska rice bowls and some potstickers to go for dinner. The food was really good. The service was friendly. I got my food in a timely manner as well. Was happy with my service tonight. Will be back to order again. Thank you noodle express.

I have been eating at Noodle express for 30 years. When my daughter came home for a visit we decided to grab dinner at the mall location. Between everyone in our family we spent 70.00 there was 5 of us. Which is reasonable.Our first interaction with the gal at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her and another gal were arguing who was going to take our order. When the one gal finally came to the register she had an attitude while the other one ran to the dining room and started putting up chairs so we couldn’t sit down to eat.( loud inappropriate music was playing)While the girl was taking our order she made an error on one of the orders so I asked if she could correct it?. Her reply was “you’re actually going to make me delete it and reenter it?” I was taken back but at this point I was starting to get frustrated by the way they were acting. Once we paid and started walking to sit down the girl stopped us and said we had to eat out in the mall and not in the restaurant. It was 45 min until closing and I didn’t want nor like to eat in the middle of the mall.I told her no we ordered to stay not to go.She said it was the policy that people were not allowed to eat in the restaurant 45 minutes prior to closing. After a few words back and forth I finally told her to just refund our money and we’ll go elsewhere. Another kinder girl said ma’am I can push these tables together for you so you can eat in here. I thanked her and then the native girl said. “No, she’s just a d*** white bi&@$.” The manger that was on site heard this while refunding our $$ and said nothing. A young man who was the cook actually stepped in and told her to stop. I was completely taken back.I later found out by calling the next day that the head manager was on vacation and the girl making the racial comment was “written up” not terminated. Because of how this was handled and how they treat their loyal customers of 30 years we will no longer do business with Noodle Express which is unfortunate because we enjoyed the food and the head manager.Reply to your reply::This happened over 9 months ago. I spoke to the manager(Heather, that my husband has know for over 20 years) who gave me the districts managers phone number and informed me the manager was on vacation and that the district manager was just there but was headed back to Spokane? I believe is where she said he was located. Please review your files. My name and phone number was left with the gentleman I spoke with the next day. I did not receive a call back so I decided not to pursue it after he told me she was just written up. I have 4 other people in my party that witnessed this. This young lady may not work there anymore. And I agree you have some really great people working at your establishment. I will email you as you requested.

My food was really good. But my boyfriends food was not what he ordered. He wanted a noodle bowl but but got rice, if he wanted rice he would’ve said rice bowl. I feel like she couldn’t hear us over the cooks talking in the back. Also yes employees are sweet but the cashier had her back turned and talking to the other girl. And she was eating ice cream next to the cash register and then just wiped her hands on her pants. I’m kind of a germ freak (lame I know) but it grossed me out, so we didn’t get drinks.
