The staff is friendly and very attentive. The managers run a good operation. I just suggest you stay away when the owner is on premises. The free wifi and hanging out is frowned on by the owner. I am a Christian, and what he does is not very Christian. I have $$$$$$ and I feel Panera is too expensive.
Generally I don't really have problems at this Panera. They have self-service checkout which eliminates most interaction with staff. But the place is dirty every time I go in there -- tables not wiped down, trash all over the floor, etc. -- and it's getting hard to justify stopping in for the occasional sandwich when you can't find a clean place to sit and eat it.

Where can you get healthy fast food? Many have tried and failed, but Panera has options for nice meals of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I like the squash soup, Greek salad, toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich. Definitely a try if you haven't yet.
