I haven't eaten here since before the NFL Kaepernick situation, since they were contracted with NFL at the time, but their food wasn't bad. However, as a Doordash Driver, be leary of picking up here. Average wait time lately had been 15-20 minutes.

I tried to order online and it wouldn't go through. I called to have delivery instead. When I explained to the guy what had happened he was rude and said it's not his fault. I said that fine can I place a order over the phone. The guy responded if your gonna be ignorant I won't let you order. Who ever they have working there needs to learn some customer service hospitality. I've never been treated like this over explaining what happened. The guy who answered the phone shouldn't be allowed to take orders. I wish I got his name before he hung up so I could call corporate.

Just like every 1 star review on this papa John’s establishment. it took 2 1/2 hours and pizza was cold. Ordered a pizza at 6:15 online didn’t receive it until 8:40. Pizza was cold to the touch. I called right after and got a refund from the manager named William, Thanks William. Glad I got a refund at least.

It was a late and last minute decision the family wanted to grab something quick and easy. I did a mobile order from off of the Papa John's website. It was a easy website layout to navigate off of my smartphone. We ordered a XL New York Style Crust with mushrooms and buffalo sauce and for dessert we did a pie sized chocolate chip cookie. The two male employees on staff did a phenomenal job! Both the pizza was hot and tasted fresh and the cookie was nice and warm. The perfect temperature! It hit the spot and filled up the family! Not to mention the employees were incredibly patient with us as we were a few minutes past closing about time we arrived. I would for sure recommend this location and we will definitely be coming here again! We paid $12.99 using a birthday coupon and a regular coupon as we have Papa John's member rewards.

Every single time I have either ordered online or over the phone I never get my food, the call center sends my food to an address in another city 2 hours away from me. An the online order food has never arrived I've never got even a courtesy

Idk what the hell happened to the food. I received my order, but the pizza was straight soggy and not cooked.
They seemed understaffed, unable to keep up with incoming orders and stressed. The floor inside the front door was a bit dirty from all the foot traffic, which indicates the place was busy before we arrived, but might have looked better cleaned. A few customers who came in waited longer than they expected to get their orders and were visibly disturbed by it. They had four delivery drivers and a DoorDasher coming in while we ate. It is designed for delivery and takeout, not so much for dine-in.The food was good (tasted as I remember it from 13 years ago), but the service could have been better. Pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks looked and tasted good.Parking: Parking available in front of the shop. Large lot.
