Russell location has always been our go to. Lately, the kids working there have been slacking and tonight I'm saying something. I ordered the crustless Keto pizza. It's already over priced but I can't eat crust so whatever. $17.00 and what I got is a box half empty. 10.9 ounces of what equates to less than a salad and let's keep in mind that I'm weighing this in the container. I'll drive to 3rd street next time and if it's like this there I will sadly be done with this chain.

The pizza was poorly made. The food preparation was sub standard, each topping was haphazardly weighed, sprinkled on, with half thrown back. Very skimpy on the toppings. The half asleep attitude made me just think... I'll add more toppings at home and not waste my time.

I went in tonight to pick up a pizza and some cheese sticks. My total was $25 and I paid with a $50. The im assuming manager (was in a red shirt when the workers were wearing black) went to give me a 20 and 5 back. I then asked if I could get some 1’s from the 5 so I could leave a tip. At this point he hadn’t handed me any cash. He then gave me only 5 1’s back and I tipped $2. I turned around went to walk out and realized I was never given my $20. I turned around and asked the cashier who just helped me and he said “I gave it to you” which he didn’t. Bet if you watch the camera you’ll see he never handed me cash until handing me the 5 1’s. Scammed ?A pizza and cheese bread for 47, better be good!!

I'm a pepperoni thin crust pizza person. Hunter and I decided to try the Five Meat double crust pizza for the first time tonight. It was put together perfectly, with just the right amount of ingredients. I was sceptical, we got it in the oven baked it 35 minutes at 350 let it rest for 5 minutes. It smelled delicious and tasted amazing! Sooooo good! Try a Five Meat double crust pizza soon!

Excellent, tasty menu items. Staff is pleasant and friendly and they get your order finished quickly... Everything appears clean and organized. Decent prices.
I I’ve went here multiple times and sometimes they have nice staff and actually made the pizza correct. But as soon as we got the pizzas there was said a different order on one pizza. We asked about it and they said, “ we’ll just add the item on the side.” Meaning we are getting charged 2 extra dollars. It’s not much but we are saving money. We called this location again and they said each topping on the pizzas are an extra 2 dollars. We called the other location on 3rd they said it was $12, we paid $16 again it’s not by much but we are saving money and this place isn’t helping very much. The staffing tonight did not treat us well either. There is more stories but this is already long enough.

I don't often post reviews or shill or big corporations, but Papa Murphy's pizza is awesome. I don't even know why people bother with that inferior Domino's & Pizza Hut "pizza". Sure, you have to bake it, and that won't work if you're some place without an oven, but if you do have oven access then you really have no excuse.They have a great selection of toppings and sauces. Try refried beans and salsa for a change of pace! I think my current favorite is garlic & olive oil, thin crust, with mozzarella, feta, artichoke hearts, black olives, and mixed onions mmmm. You can also almost always find a coupon code in the mail or online, making it not only one of the best pizza places here in Missoula but one of the cheapest, too.I always order online and their website is straight forward and easy to use. Because of this, I've had limited interaction with the staff. I usually walk in and say, "Hi!", grab my pizza, say, "Thanks, bye!", and leave. That said, they always seem friendly in that 15 second time-span, and I've never been disappointed by how the pizza was made.So, in conclusion, give Papa Murphy's a shot if you haven't. You won't regret it!
