I got a venting mocha with 2 extra shots... $8.15 ( copper mountain coffee is $6.50 for the same drink).. I asked for the drink " scalding hot, as hot as you can".. it wasn't near as hot as I hoped, but I knew this because when I got to the window the lady had the drink in her hand ready for my...BUT.. the worst part was the lady must have had some sort of scented lotion or perfume on her hands and that transfered to the lid of my drink( I watched her switch hands and hold it by the lid).EVERY SIP I TAKE TASTES LIKE SOME SORT OF FLAVORED LOTION/PERFUME.I went thru the drive thru about 530am 12-13-23 if anyone want to look at the cameras.....

Staff is always very friendly. They rarely make any mistakes here probably once or twice since the 3 years I've gone here. I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks even if there is another one closer. Very friendly environment.

We ordered two drinks.. both iced.. we got 1 iced and one hot.. when we asked the barista to resolve it she just offered to throw it over ice instead of remaking it like they should. Called and spoke to the “manger” he said she tried to resolve it the correct way which is false.. I will be writing corporate.. these drinks are way too expensive to be getting bad customer service like this.

I popped in for a quick tea and coffee, they were very busy. Everyone worked as a team and I got my drinks quickly, it was fun to watch. Very friendly group.

This place is always slow. Always. They’ll give you attitude as well. Very extreme left wing vibes if that matters to you. A lot of that gender fluid stuff going on here which is fine of course. Not that kids usually frequent coffee shops, but be aware in case you want to limit exposure to this sort of thing.
