One of the most frustrating places to do delivery for. They will literally have every sticker on the bag and it ready to go, then stop bagging it and do something else for 5 minutes, then go back to bag that up. It's like they do not care about the customer tht's ordering online because they're not there. 5 minutes to put one sticker on. We do our job do yours!

You're a Coffee Shop. You should have Macadamia Nut Syrup. That's not acceptable to not have it. Not the only location that has said they don't have it.

This is my "home" Starbucks. I just get a grande sized dark roast with half and half and one raw sugar, pretty much every day. But this really isn't a review about Starbucks coffee.To be honest, though I enjoy my coffee, I come here for the community. I've been coming here for close to a decade. I always walk in for my coffee. I never order through the app or go through the drive through. That way I get to know the baristas here and they get to know me, very slowly but surely. Some I consider to be friends but all are "friendly".There are many other places to get coffee in Missoula. Some are quite good. I get coffee sometimes at Black Coffee and Clyde. But here, along with my coffee, I get connection and care from pretty much everyone that works here. I deeply appreciate that. They are an extended family for me. And I know that I'm not the only customer that feels that way.So if you are looking for a little community with your coffee, this is a good place to become a regular. Treat them with respect ( try to learn their names - they wear name tags!) and you will receive respect and gratitude in return. And maybe even friendship.If on the other hand, all you care about is coffee served quickly, there are several McDonald's in Missoula. You won't get good coffee or community, but they will be an establishment that matches your priorities.

I wouldn't even give 1 star but i had to. They are con artists charging more than the price is posted. Price for my drink was $4.75 now $5.25 yet the sign says $4.75. Claim price changes every 3 months. If that's the case then they need to update board. Honestly, i think they like pushing extra buttons. Manager was there and was VERY stotty. Should have honored price posted but what can i do but post and warn others BE AWARE of what your paying.

I definitely understand that this starbucks is understaffed and very busy and I’m not upset about that at all. I waited a half hour for my drink and a lady came around asking if people had been waiting long and said hi to me but didn’t bother to ask if I had been waiting long. Then proceeded to give everyone else gift cards and didn’t bother to acknowledge me.

Was just yelled at demanding that I show the order on my phone while being glared at so Evil that I literally ran out and canceled my order. Worse customer service experience possible by this one lady at Starbucks....always the same lady that is extremely rude to me.....I have complained about her 4 times now to Starbucks corporate office....seems that when thus store went Unio they decided that customer service was not important anymore!!

Takes 45 minutes to get your order. Only way to make sure you actually get it is to go through the drive thru.

Ordered a caramel latte and 20 minutes later they were only making cold drinks. Terrible management if a coffee place cant make orders in order of receipt.

Horrible service!!! We just went through there. They didn't complete our order. After waiting 50 minutes trying to remedy the order, they accused us of wanting to get 2 drinks for free. We left with 2 drinks of our 3, and were to be refunded for the third. They didn't refund the purchase. We should have read the reviews!

I paid $6.25 for a Grande Latte and 1/3 was already gone when I opened the lid. I thought it felt light. Wth?All of Missoulas Starbucks are consistently out of things because their deliveries are always weeks and weeks behind as well. Literally no napkins at the north side store one day and No open lids at the brooks store today to drink the cold foam drinks. And don’t even get me started on the garbage food here. Did this store get worse now that they unionized? Is Starbucks punishing us all because of this? The employees are happier maybe but everyone else suffers.

This Starbucks has always been really consistent - clean, friendly service, and tasty coffee! I usually hit the drive through, but inside is nice as well. This location also stays open later than some, which had saved me at work before.

The trick to this Starbucks is just to keep driving to the one on Reserve. They are consistently rude and the drinks are never made correctly. Skip if you can.
