I can't eat @ Subway, I have Celiac Disease. But took my son to get lunch & employees were friendly, lobby was clean & Covid precautions taken. His sandwich was made just as he requested & quickly.

My son and I went for an early lunch on Friday and the guy working the line, Dylan was probably the friendliest face I've seen all week! He was so kind and patient with my son who has disabilities. He made friendly conversation and really made a great impression. Also, I was shocked at how clean the food cooler area was. I've never seen it that clean! Lastly, the sandwiches were great. Normally I like to come here. The last two experiences haven't been good. Apparently Subway no longer has roast beef (what?) or cheddar cheese. And today when I walked up to the door at 6:55, they locked the door and turned off the "open" sign just as I pulled on the door handle. Very disappointed, guys.
