I was super bummed as I was excited to try this place but I will never attempt again. The woman working there was so rude. I don't think I have experienced a more rude person in my life. I understand she was busy but no excuses. I waited the time she quoted me over the phone which was 45 minutes and when I came in she was annoyed and super short that I was there and told me she had not even started my order and it would be another 25 minutes. She was also annoyed that I wanted to sit and wait. Needless to say I never got my food as I was done waiting after another 25 minutes and I had enough of the poor customer service.

Use to go here all the time but it has changed food and service terrible. They couldn't even make tacos completely missed the shell and put the filling in between tacos. Also was very irritated that they forgot to make the tacos and had to make them.

To the two 16 year old girls working on 7/30/21, Bravo. I waited 40 minutes for enchiladas and wanted to be upset, however I noticed a "closed on Sunday due to no staffing, hiring all positions" sign on the door. Several other customers were in the store waiting as the two girls made numerous meals looking more stressed than they've ever been. The food was good, but staff was excellent. Bravo for you

First time going here as I have heard nothing but good. Customer service was rude. They didn't know what they were doing. Prices way too high for what you get. Ordered shredded beef tacos. All it came with was the beef, a few diced onions and cilantro. Had to ask 3 times to get some salsa for our tacos and we were the only ones in there. My daughter usually loves beans and rice. She got that and wouldn't even eat it.The Queso had no flavor and looked like puke. Even the tortilla chips were terrible. Very unorganized and the food was bland. Will never go here again. Don't waste your time or money. This picture is what we ordered for myself and two daughters. It was $47.

Their sliced beef burrito was very good! One of the things I have to remind myself is that every taco shop is going to do things a little differently. Different price, preparation of meat, taste of salsa, etc. This burrito had it going on! They put the red sauce directly into the burrito, along with refried beans and a ton of meat. Seriously, if you're looking for a burrito to fill you up, at a place that will not skimp on meat, come here! You will get more than what you bargained for. I loved every bite of it- sure didn't last long. Check this out!

People complaining about price, is too funny.You open your own restaurant and pay for everything involved and then let people know what your overhead is. It's a fair price for food that's not boiled in a bag like at Taco Bell/Taco John's. They make most of their foods in-house. There's always gonna be mishaps at any establishment. So, get over it.

They are a mess and don’t seem to have restaurant experience at all. Not customer service. Watched the supervisor person treat everyone rudely and completely disrespectful to our group. We watched ppl before us not get their orders before we even got our order after asking an eta. The whole time an older man and kid order after us and got their order and then ordered ice cream...and got that.

I love their tacos!!! The best thing about this place is they also sell scoops of ice cream which keeps my children busy as I get to enjoy my delicious tacos. The woman there who help runs the place is extremely overworked as she is the only one working there currently as nobody wants to work there it seems so many times the business can be slow but just know that lady is working her tail off!!!

absolutely one of my favorite places to eat, always amazing customer service; even when they're busy, which happens alot and due to covid they have been understaffed for a long time now and i cant help but to appreciate how much effort the GM and long term employees have put into keeping the business above water. Every food joint has a bad review, I've been to business's regularly and that doesn't mean it's perfect every time...... definitely worth trying/ordering and coming back too ❤

Restraunt is under new management and it shows.The old GM was amazing and the food showed the love she had.The new management is related to the owner and it shows.The new GM has very little experience and was only hired due to nepotism. The food quality, customer service has gone down dramatically the past year.It's unfortunate but I would highly recommend not eating here until a changing of the guards so to speak.

My roommate and I have ordered from here through different delivery services several times since COVID-19 hit. Each time, the food has been delicious, however, in every order we have made in the past year and a half or so, it was normal to find one or two small things missing or wrong. We didn’t think much of it because we enjoyed the food so much. Today, we were both super excited to order some delicious Mexican food to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. I placed the order on Uber Eats around 6 o’clock. I want to be clear that in no way was this Uber’s fault. It took the restaurant over an hour to prepare the food and our delivery person was waiting at the restaurant for 15-20 minutes. Though it’s inconvenient we both understand that restaurants get busy and were not too bothered by it. When the food got here, there was not a receipt attached to the order which should have been the first sign that something was wrong. Upon opening each item, we found that every single food item had something missing/wrong or was completely different ingredients than we asked for. A bit frustrated now but still willing to work things out, we called the restaurant. The manager answered the call and was impolite, ill-mannered, unapologetic, and unprofessional (after reading more reviews on here, it looks like we aren’t the only ones who’ve ran into an issue with her.) She interrupted my roommate several times as my roommate tried to politely explain what was wrong with the order. She also kept placing blame on either Uber or us. The manager continued on, saying that she had “over 70 delivery orders today” and “there was no history or receipt that she could reference in order to confirm or deny that our order was incorrect.” After my roommate continued to gently explain that every part of the order was wrong, she raised her voice, insisted that we were wrong, she was right, and expressed that we “just should not order from the restaurant again.” Both of us were very taken aback by her aggressive tone and unprofessional demeanor. She promptly told us that she “did not need to deal with people like us,” and hung up the phone. After reporting the incident to Uber I received a full refund. I would not recommend ordering from or eating here. The food isn’t worth the terrible service or the high prices.
