The Silk Road catered an event at my house for my office and it was a huge hit! They arrived promptly with excellent planning and excellent service! I would highly recommend their pasta bar to anyone needing to feed a bunch of people! So much variety and provided options for those with dietary restrictions. Will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I could go on and on about how amazing Sam and his crew are. From day one Sam was a fantastic vendor to work with. He helped me and my husband to customize an amazing rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, and brunch menu that had a fun Montana flare for our various guests visiting the state for the first time. He even met the various dietary restrictions of my guests. He worked tirelessly answering my dozens of emails, texts, and phone calls to make sure everything was in place for the big weekend. When the weekend arrived Sam’s staff was phenomenal. Each catering staff member was constantly working hard throughout the weekend serving guests, bussing tables, and making sure all the guests were cared for. I received so many compliments from my guests on how amazing the food and staff were. I would recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking for a caterer! They made me and my husband’s wedding a dream come true!

The moment we saw we could get crab rangoons catered for our wedding we were sold! We ended up having an asian noodle bar and all of our guests and vendors who tried the food said it was the best food they've had at wedding in a long time! The crew was super professional, timely, and accommodating to our guests with food restrictions. Highly recommend!

We used Silk Road Catering for our Wedding at Paddle Ridge on October 5th and they did a fantastic job!!! I highly recommend that you use them for your event. We had 4 different types of pasta for our wedding. Two vegetarian options and two non-vegetarian options. The guests could not stop raving about the food. They cooked all the food on site. No one went hungry and everyone enjoyed the meal. One of my bridesmaids is allergic to cherries and there was cherries in the salad they were so accommodating they brought her, her own salad plate without cherries. Silk Road catering went above and beyond for our wedding. We highly suggest you use them for your next event!

They had catered our anniversary party ten years ago, and we enjoyed it so much we thought we'd contact them again for another round and see if it was as good. If possible, it was even better. We've had thank you notes and messages from guests at the party, saying how much they enjoyed it. The food was varied and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to cater any future gathering by Silk Road.

Sam and Elise are amazing. The Silk Road catered my father's celebration of life for 100 people and they managed everything beautifully. When the attendance numbers went up unexpectedly at the last minute, they were able to adjust. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Silk Road catered my son's wedding of 90 guests in Hamilton MT in August 2023. We did a pasta buffet with antipasto and a big salad along with passed desserts. Sam and his team did a wonderful job and helped us make a lovely event. Sam was available whenever we needed to chat and had helpful suggestions especially where the wedding was casual, outdoors at a private home - which is always a challenge for catering. We had a couple of food allergies and requests and they modified the menu to work around it. He was very flexible and accommodating to all of our requests. The food was delicious and prepared on site. They brought everything to do the prep, cleaned up throughout and left everything spotless. The staff was friendly and engaging. We highly recommend them.

We contacted Elise and Sam owners of "The Silk Road" in May of 2023 for a wedding reception dinner that would take place in September of 2023. We were sent a complete menu as discussed with pricing, we called them within in a few days and repeatedly several more times over the nest week, to no avail, and we emailed them a few times, to no avail, to go over everything and secure them as our caterer, they ghosted us! They haven't returned any of our calls or emails. We just concluded that they fill our date with a much larger party. Our reception was going to be 35 to 40 people. So if you decide to hire them you had better hope someone with a larger party doesn't take your spot!

Maybe it was a bad day, or lack of staff, or for whatever reason, we were disappointed with what was prepared for us. Bellamah Vein Center was fortunate to have The Silk Road cater our annual B.V.C. Christmas party for staff and family this past weekend. The 'live action' Asian noodle bar was exceptional as it accommodated everyone's dietary restrictions and allowed for complete customization of their dishes. The catering staff was great to work with and the breakdown/cleanup of the kitchen was done in a quick manner, left as though no one had been there. The staff has not stopped raving about the experience and already put a request for them to be re-booked for next year!

My favorite part about them is during our dinner, he walked out and greeted our guest and then told everyone the food items. We were all drooling and super excited for our food!
