I was in town on business and enjoyed a relaxing dinner. Travis was friendly and provided options on the various items on the menu. I enjoyed the steamed dumplings and the ginger stir fry with chicken, which were wonderful!! I had an enjoyable evening here and look forward to my return when I'm back in town. Thanks!!

We came here at the recommendation of a few friends. We ordered the pad see ew and a curry to split. On the curry, they told us the minimum spice level they could do was a spice level 3. This is printed on the menu as well. Both of our dishes came out super spicy. Even my boyfriend who loves spice was getting out-spiced. When the waitress came by again, she asked if the food was too spicy and if we’d like a remake for it. We accepted the remake, and both of our dishes came out with much more tolerable spice levels. However, we think it’s weird that they were able to remake our curry as less than a spice level 3, yet they won’t let you order less than that from the get go. It was an odd experience. The pad see ew was good and we’d probably come back and split that, but the curry left a lot to be desired. It’s a bummer they don’t have any red base curries on their menu. Regardless, we’ll be back sometime to get them another try!

Best place in Missoula for Thai food! Welcoming staff, tasty drinks and overall just a good vibe. Friday nights there’s usually a super cute hostess…and a handsome bartender or two, as well!

Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! Super busy location downtown Missoula, we came in right at open at 5pm and by 530pm there was already a long wait as every table was full. The food was exceptional. Ordered the edamame and the chicken satay. The peanut sauce for the satay was terrific! The edamame was spicy, but still a solid app. We ordered the laab, som tom salad, the suki yucki special soup, and the beef tip massaman curry. By far our favorite was the massaman with a velvety finish, large chunks of beef filet, well seasoned with potatoes, carrots, and onions. Found a new favorite restaurant when I visit!

Excellent. Takeout order with two noodle dishes, massaman curry, and dumplings. The Dumplings were superb and a must order going forward. The massaman beef curry was on special and the beef was tender and truly added to the dish. The vegetable's in all three dishes were cooked perfectly even though they were large cuts. each dish was uniquely flavored and indivually spiced. A clear difference in temperature between the two star and three star orders.Kudos to Zoo Thai for quality cooking on a busy night! Will eagerly return again.

I travel a lot, I eat Tai more. This place hits all the right places. A little bit more $$ then I am used to paying for Tai, yet still great, & will be back.

Great food, service and vibe. I sat to the bar, ordered hot jasmine tea, spicy edamame and the Khao soi with duck. Left happy and full.
This is the best food in Missoula. Absolutely delicious. Tim was behind the bar that night and we could not have asked for better service. It was overall a great experience.

Best Thai in town. Love their curries and the fried duck is delectable. The spice levels are just about right. If you really like spice, dont be afraid of the 5 star, but if you only like a little spice 2-3 is good.Their Sloshies are a real treat, but be careful they are loaded with booze. This place is perfect for date night. The seating is often full, but we like to sit at the bar anyways, and usually you can get a spot in 10-15 minutes wait time.

Ordered out and the food was not good at all. The Pad Thia was so. dry I had to drink water with each bite like a competitive eater. We ordered level two spice, we normally enjoy spicy food, and it was so hot I thought about throwing the food away. The only issue is that it was 55$ of food. It was very fast an convenient though, just really bad.

Lots of gluten free options if you request for them to be made gluten free. I had a curry dish because I have celiacs and the curry dishes were recommended by the server as safest from cross contamination. It was so delicious! I am anxiously awaiting my next trip to Missoula so I can eat there again!

Sooooooooooooo good. Honestly would eat here several nights in a row because there were so many tasty things I wanted to try. Tom Kha soup with vegetables only was delicious and surprisingly filling. The Pad Thai was also delicious. Dumplings were great. Drinks were delish. Literally nothing bad to say. Our server Grace was also everything you'd want in a server: attentive, kind, really puts the energy out that she cares about you having the best experience. The only note is: their spice levels are serious! We are from southern California and eat a LOT of spicy Mexican food, and really love heat. To play it safe, we both got the level 2 spice. It was perfectly warm to get a slight run in my nose without sticking too much to my mouth for the soup, and the pad thai was a nice heat that built all the way through. Highly recommend everything!Dietary restrictions: Great with gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options or alternatives.
