I ordered takeout subs to be delivered to a hotel in Whitefish using DoorDash. I found out later that the Whitefish Subway location does not use DoorDash, so my order was transferred to the Columbia Falls Subway without telling me. I tried calling the Whitefish Subway to understand why my order was transferred (and therefore delayed), but no one picked up the phone in Whitefish. Lots of confusion without an explanation.Poor customer service.
I usually have great service and am very happy with my sandwich. Today was my worst experience. The music was too loud and I needed to repeat my order several times. By the time he finished with my sandwich it was macerated and everything squished out. He squished it back together with the sandwich paper. Plus he kept sniffing over it like he had post nasal drainage. I still tipped well but I can't eat it.

It's pretty hit or miss on if they stay open until their sign says they do. I was going to be "that guy" and show up 15 mins before they closed, but the worker told me from behind the door they decided to close early. We had jaunt gotten back into town for a trip and there isn't much to eat for fast food in whitefish, but I guess I'll go somewhere else.
