Cici used to be everywhere. Not sure why there are few and far between now, but this place was extremely budget friendly for me in college. My go to now is this one in Cary, Smithfield, Burlington, and Colonial Heights. My old suite mate at UNC used to manage this one. The food hasn't changed, my kid loves the arcade. I really love this place to eat... staff are really good , but this place is always crowded but they clean this is very good economical place to eat and with the coupon more cheaper to eat.
