I give this Hardee's 3 * for the fact that their Lobby was closed even though they had enough people inside to open it. I know this because I am a manager at Hardee's. So as far customer service I give us 0
Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. The drive-thru was very busy and getting all the attention. We went inside to eat. One gentleman and one family of 5 was ahead of us in line. We waited in line 23 minutes just to order. It then was 7-10 minutes before receiving our food. We had to return to the counter several times for condiments, napkins, straws, not received. The staff was very pleasant and 2 worked diligently to complete orders but WHERE is the customer service...read full review

For 2 days in a row I was not able to get serviced. The 1 day they where out of tenders. 2nd day they where cleaning up a mess ( around 3 pm I think) I have been to these locations numerous times and for some reason was not able to get serviced. Archdale NC. The one across from Wendy's
