Compliments to the chef! Went with my bf for our 3 month anniversary and used my coupon for a free plain roast beef sandwich that you get when you make a account on the website. Actually kinda good! Definitely rang the bell a few times. Fish is back apparently.
The food is always good, the service is typically professional, and we've turned a trip to the drive-thru into a part of our experience when leaving Biltmore. I don't want to leave a 1* review for one experience, but for travelers who don't frequent Asheville, that one experience might be the only one they ever have. Once they fire or retrain their manager that closed 12/10/23, they'll be back to 5*. OT, the cashier, was the level of professionality we expected, though. Really...read full review

I couldn't wait to try the brown sugar bacon sandwiches....I tried the BLT and OMG it's so good!! I didn't even realize it came on Hawaiian bread...even better! But they don't skimp on that bacon!!!! I have def found my new favorite sandwich ;) I visited right at opening and the staff was extremely friendly!!
