I visited this Bojangles at 6:12AM on Monday, January 22. My car window was froze shut, so I couldn’t use the drive thru. I attempted to go inside to order, but the door was locked. When I was walking back to my car, the lady inside spoke to me from the drive thru window. I told her about my frozen window, and she told me to walk over to the drive thru window, and that she’d take care of me. She did just that. I'm not really sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. Every time I go, the person working the drive thru is friendly, patient, and communicative. I do almost always have to wait a few minutes, but they tell me at the order point every time, and honestly I love that they make the food fresh consistently. Wow! Love their chicken dinners .. marinated in hot sauce and beautifully crunchy exterior with a very juicy inside....and sides!.. especially the dirty rice side and the bean side! Plus the manager calls me, honey.. .. but doesn't do it like he's flirting.. no lingering eye contact, if at all when I order drive thru
