Yummy meal here. Staff were friendly and seemed to all be in a good mood, burger wasn’t smashed like what seems to happen when the get wrapped, and the palace was nice and clean as well.Kid-friendliness: Good spot for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking out front
The first time I went, the staff was laughing together having a good time. Then I got to the counter and they all got quiet and were very cold towards me. I saw them do the same pattern with every guest who walked in after. It was terrible service. But recently I went back in and it was all new staff and they were extremely warm and welcoming. The food is always good.
