At first glance Homegrown is a small quaint little restaurant.This was our first time at Homegrown. We were a little confused when we walked in because we weren’t sure if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We asked a staff member who very kindly instructed us that we pick from the very large menu on the wall then order at the counter and take the given number to our seats and they will bring our food out (similar to chick-fil-a). This spot has amazing food at reasonable prices. I love how they change their menu so even the regulars get to try something new. Yummy vegetarian options. I’m a big fan of the tempeh patty melt.

This place was absolutely amazing. Went here when I was in town visiting family, and now I literally dream about the Pimpin' fried chicken sandwhich! Will definitely be going back everytime I'm in Ashville. Highest quality ingredients, friendly service, clean facility. I do however wish there was more seating options as this place definitely seems to always be packed.
