We used to come here every time we were in Asheville. Then Covid hit. When we went recently, nobody was in the parking lot. And nobody was in the restaurant. I really hope they are doing ok. Yes, the building is old, but other than that, I can’t see a reason why it would be empty. The food was hot and fresh, and of good quality. Yeah, so they've lost something since our last dine-in visit two years ago. Carrots were soft, rice was overcooked a little and the salmon was not very tasty. I was with my wife and two sons who are in the cooking business so I'm getting my information through them.

Visited the restaurant two days ago. First impression is slight disappointment because it has a good ratings. The restaurant needs a revamp. Food was ok. Philadelphia roll wasn't has cucumber or avocado. I believe next time I will choose another place for suchi.
