I love mosaic! The staff are amazing and Matt the owner comes up with some of the most interesting and delicious menus items for his specials. The first thing I had was the turkey club with herb mayo and I’ve yet to find a better club since. Never had a bad item there EVER! The staff are hardworking and so friendly. I always feel welcome and I enjoy being a regular at a local spot for the first time.
Really great local spot for a breakfast sandwich or quick lunch! I come here all the time.So stoked you switched to paper cups and the option now available to get foil and a paper bag instead of plastic clam shell! Great smoothies as well.Excellent service every time :)

This cafe is right across the street from REI in Biltmore Park. The service was fast and friendly. The smoothies are so delicious! We both had the veggie wrap and that was good too. There were plenty of tables and chairs inside as well as outside. The restroom was clean.Vegetarian options: The hummus wrap is the only vegan sandwich option but there are several other vegetarian options
