Service was OK! The waiter didn't bring us rolls even after we ask someone else brought or food out we ask her for rollsNo one offered to refill our drinks...FOOD WAS DELICIOUS only thing was they have changed something in the loaded potato soup and I didn't have many potatoes in it maybe 4 or 5? which was upsetting it was the main reason I chose this restaurant
Autumn was our server and made our experience exceptional. My daughter took me to O'Charley's in Asheville NC to celebrate my 45th birthday. We were so glad to have been served by an excellent staff that made us feel welcome and made sure we had an enjoyable experience . Autumn stood out among the staff and proved to be not only extremely personable but made her job seem effortless in the way she executed it. The food is hot and plenty of it. Staff is friendly. The place was not busy. They need to have a sign at the end of the road that says we are open. Was told since the pandemic they have not been busy. Lots of help but no business. The women's bathroom was not that clean. Parking lot was clean and plenty of spaces to park.
