This was a wonderful find!!! Down to earth real food super tasty and yummy! The crab fritters with the Creole remoulade were fantastic. Generous portions that 2 people can share. Then we ordered the pot roast and the fish and chips. Plenty of food to share with at least 4 people.Great service! Thank you Zach. You are the best!!! We are definitely coming back next time we are in Asheville. The best tavern!!!100% recommendation!!!!
The apps are AMAZING. The service is great. The vibes are good. We ordered the pretzels and beer cheese, the elote corn dip, and the mozzarella sticks. Several people at my table said the mozzarella sticks were the best ones they’ve ever had - the cheese wasn’t rubbery and the breading was perfect - not too much, not too little.The rest of our meal was good - just solid bar food (but dressed up a bit). Fantastic spot! Go a little early to get ahead of the crowd. Nice selection of beers and definitely don't pass up on the pizza..... awesome! One of those places you can hit a couple of times and enjoy it.
