I stopped in today to try their pizza for lunch. I order a cheese as well as a Margherita pizza (wanted to take a pie home for the family to try). On Mondays they include a beer with the purchase of a cheese pizza or burger. It's too bad I was on the clock. Anyhow - Both pizzas were delicious, but the Margheritawas superior. Really cool place!! Especially fun if you're a craft beer/homebrew nerd! The menu specifies the stain of yeast used, and they often have split batches with different yeasts so you can explore how the yeast influences the flavor profile. Had the golden beets and chèvre which was absolutely delicious. We ordered 3 pizzas for 5 people and finished them all. We had the margarita pizza which was okay kind of blah. Then the cacio e pepe and mushroom pizzas were phenomenal. Other items caught our eye but we were happy with what we ordered and it filled us up.
