“This may be one the BEST ice cream places I have ever been to. Hands down.They truly support you sampling flavors and that's a good thing because they have over 130.... We were helped by the best worker. He suggested flavors, brought us more samples and never rushed us.The scoops were so affordable but please note that it is cash only.They have plenty of seating outside. But lots of people took theirs to go.We happened upon this place on our way from Myrtle to Durham. It was a little out of the way but SO worth it. Would go back if I ever have the opportunity! And will rave about it to everyone!!”

“Although it's easy to look past while your driving, Zapata is a hidden gem in this small town and a must if you enjoy Hispanic food. The staff remember you, the food is great, and the atmosphere is very inviting. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to dine with my wife!”

“We heard of this restaurant from my parents and went solely based on the constant packed parking lot. When you enter you aren’t sure if you came in the right door but your met with the most hospitable servers. The layout and vibes are casual but clean. Our server was so attentive getting us refills on chips and drinks before we ever were close to running out. I ordered the Al pastor tacos that came out hot and delicious! I got the side salad that had cheese, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, and a vinaigrette that was perfect! Definitely would recommend this restaurant!”

My wife got the sandwich with plum sauce and I got the fiesta wrap with chicken, and they were both amazing!My only complaint is that they're not open for longer hours because I would certainly come here for both lunch and dinner. “Okay. March 15th, 2024,...I took Lori and I out on a whim to a little Mexican joint just for the heck of it. Hole in the wall type of place...DUDE. This place is epic. Diego, our hosts/waiter was awesome. We got a super burrito and several tacos loaded.Everything was made in house....and we could tell... The tortillas, the Verde sauce, everything. I'm a musician and I know that charisma goes a long way, and Diego is awesome. Lori and I had one hell of a time tonight getting a few things. The prices are reasonable.... however, the atmosphere with Diego and his family is what made the random trip most awesome..”

There's quite an assortment, from goats, chickens, rabbits, alpacas, sheep, horses and even a Scottish Highland cow!We also enjoy eating the assorted flavors of ice cream while rocking on the rocking chairs or swinging on the porch swings!Kid-friendliness: There is a nice playground for the kids and plenty of friendly farm animals to interact with.”

“The wife and i just wanted a sub sandwich, so we stopped at Jersey Mike in Dunn nc . I got the #13 Italian sub giant, and it loves up to its name. My wife got a roast beef with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise.We enjoyed our subs and look forward to going back .Vegetarian options: They did have a mestless sub with mushrooms and other vegetables on it.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. They have a perfect size sub for kids”

“I love this place. Hot dogs choices are Red Carolina Hot dogs or beef. They also have other types.I like the potato hot dog buns.The cumin in the chili is the bomb.I gave for 4 for service because they sometimes run out of hot dogs. They just mean they are fresh.”

“Knew this place was going to be good when i saw the local police officers here! Service was quick and staff was super friendly. Coffee and treats were also delicious! They also had a nice selection of coffee to bring home, i grabbed the Key-Lime Chaos from Bones Coffee Company and can’t wait to try it!”

“I ordered a smash cake for my grandson's first birthday with very little notice. Bake Lab agreed to make the dairy free cake on short notice. It was amazing. The theme was fishing and the bakery even took the time to decorate it with fish. My grandson loved it. I will definitely use Bake Lab in the future.Dietary restrictions: The cake and icing was dairy free. It was amazing!!”

“The food was made fresh and tasted really good. I was surprised by the varieties of seafood that they had. Their prices are decent and it's not a long wait for your food. Unfortunately, they only have a smart seated waiting area. There is no space for dine in.Parking: The parking lot will destroy the bottom of your car if you have one that sits low because of all of the huge potholes that you have to get around.”

“This is by far our favorite place to eat in the near vicinity. The pizza and calzones are so good, the salads are big and fresh, and the dressings are delicious. Everybody is very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and we just feel comfortable there. We try to make it in once a week, and we usually it’s the only time we go out. My only recommendation is that they open up on the weekends so I can come more often ?”

“Good food. Fast and hot too. The waitress we had was the best I have seen in a long time. She was friendly and kept that sweet tea filled. She has been there over 30 yrs. “We randomly eat at waffle house for a good breakfast-meal and today the SO said let’s try a local place, we’ve jsut been down here about 2 years and still settling in and learning the area - decided to try Ed’s as a Waffle House alternative and WOW! Even better than I could have expected, the eggs were perfect, the hash browns were SOOO good grilled crispy, they have red hots! As well as all other breakfast meats but of course that’s a southern mark to have red hots. Big cups of coffee, and a random that the bathrooms smell really good ? 11 out of 10 will return! Excellent experience”

“They have a wide variety of beers and wine available. Staff is always attentive and super nice and welcoming. They have darts, pool, and an air hokey table. They have bands, line dancing, and food trucks on occasion. The crowd that's attracted seems to be on the older side. Knowing where to park can be tricky if they are busy. Unfortunately, they don't have food on site unless they have restaurants deliver or have a food truck.”

“We made a spontaneous decision to go here on St. Patrick's Day knowing good and well it would be packed and chaotic and we'd probably have to wait a good while for food and drinks. The hostesses were so unbelievably organized and kept the seating list flowing quickly and smoothly....very friendly too. We didn't wait nearly as long as expected! Our server was friendly and efficient. Our food was AWESOME!!!!! We shared the Irish Poutine (SOOOO GOOD!) and I got the Reuben (LOTS OF MEAT AND AMAZING!) My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. We loved our experience here in every way. We will definitely be back.”

A croissant that is a doughnut with your choice of filling=heaven on earth. Absolutely delicious, just the right amount of sweetness and no greasy taste you get with so many other doughnuts.
