Update (10/21/21) I appreciate the company response and that they made the mistake right. I updated my review from a 1 star to a 3. I don't feel like it would be legitimate to go to a 5 given the situation.I placed an order for pickup. They forgot one of my items. This is a bowl place with fair amount of toppings to choose from but with no particular theme. If you know what you want, you can get it and they do have pre-defined bowls but it's all over the place -- from Korean to Southwest.The flavor of Southwest bowl is not particularly good. The chicken is dry and it's clear why - they have pre-cooked chicken breast on a warmer, they take it out when it's needed and grill it to warm it up for a minute before serving. Waited 45 minutes for a salad that I didn’t get!!! Tonight they are out of most of their ingredients. They didn’t have the majority of their proteins available. Customers are just walking out because there’s nothing that they want left. The salads are very good here. However, when you’re paying $13-$17 for a custom-made salad you’re expecting that all of the ingredients they offer on the menu to be available.The manager was very nice and apologetic.
