Took a really long time to get my sandwich. Had to eat it on the way back to my office. Food is always good but the service wasn't good. Nobody greeted patrons and nobody smiled once. Not rude but not welcoming either.
Ms. Sarah McNeil is the General Manager of this location (3490 Kildaire Farm Rd Suite 172, Cary, NC 27518). She is awesome! I their store and the crew! Hands down the best location in the whole area! They all deserve recognition, raises, much appreciation, promotions and bonuses! They are an amazing team! I want to give Mr. Josh a special shout-out! We came in really late and they still took our orders, so good service on that front. I got the Big Kahuna chicken sub. It was decent. Their rosemary bread is really good, tho! We came because we got a coupon for a BOGO sub deal. $16 for the two of us, including drinks. Pretty sweet deal. May come back when we get another coupon in the mail!The restaurant itself was pretty standard, your typical fast food sandwich place. Ambiance is typical in that regard.
