I had a fantastic meal at Kababish Cafe in Cary recently. The food was absolutely amazing! I tried the chicken Tikka Masala, mango lassi, and Biryani, Tandoor Red Snapper and all of them were bursting with flavor.The chicken Tikka Masala was cooked perfectly - tender chicken in a rich and creamy sauce. I generally avoid Cary like the plague. There are so many excellent Indian and indian-fusion restaurants in Durham and Orange counties that I don't need to.
