Generally a superb cake place! The presentation of the cakes is amazing! Most of their the flavors are exceptionally impressive. However, it seems to me a strange thing (mystifying), that a cake place this good, could make such terrible-tasting whipped cream. Odd. It tastes like foam-wrap. However, the cheesecake is astonishingly flavourful as is the vanilla coconut!
Once in a Blue Moon Bakery made our wedding cake for our December 2023 wedding at The Meadows and I'm so glad we chose them! Cake is my favorite dessert and our wedding cake was truly one of the best cakes I've ever had. The flavors of both cakes were incredibly good (we chose a chocolate cake with espresso buttercream and a yellow cake with raspberry and cream cheese frosting) and they were both so fresh and moist. Blue Moon is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!! We use Blue Moon for all our employee and family member birthday cakes. They set the bar high and maintain their position when it comes to cakes and sweet treats. Also the Worlds Best Pimento Cheese. I wish I could give them 10 Stars. Go check them out!!!!
