I come to this place quite often because I like this place, the service and food.I accidentally drop my wallet somewhere in the store while I was having lunch today. A few hours later, I recognized that I might lost my wallet there. My drive licnese, credit cards, cash were all in my wallet. It would be a disater if someone took it and used it. I had a drive thru order today where they unfortunately got my drink order wrong as well as didn't give me my 2nd bagel (out of 2). I had to run to my hour long appt so I went back afterwards and let them know. They more than enough made up for the mistake and remade my entire order and were very sorry. I appreciate that when an establishment makes a mistake, they correct it no questions asked. Thanks Panera.
