Stopped by Rougarou for lunch today, I was impressed. Great food, great service, and great prices. Got a PoBoy and potato salad, yum! In my younger years I worked in southern Louisiana and this place brought back memories. Looking forward to going back to Rougarou soon to try out some of the other menu items!
This food was absolutely amazing. It was fresh and tasted delicious. I could tell that the food was made with a lot of effort, care, and love. The dishes were well thought out and being that NOLA flavor here to Chapel Hill. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and I can't wait to go back! Excited for some of the live jazz.

A little hole in the wall spot on Franklin street! My friend and I came here on a Friday night, and it was not that busy. The inside was a dimly lit, vibey space with posters and signs all over the walls. You seat yourself (there are no servers), and you order/pay at the bar.
