American Burger Rivergate

Burger options seem to be everywhere these days so I'm always looking for one that has some standout options. American let's you choose your protein, bun, and cheese or try one of their preconfigured options. The bacon marmalade on the pretzel bacon burger stood out and the fries were very good - not too crisp but not too wimpy. American is a solid choice when you're looking for a burger near Rivergate

Came here at 3 on Tuesday. It was empty so I was worried. Ordered a cheeseburger medium with toppings I selected, fries and a drink. Food came out in about 10 mins. Burger was cooked to perfection!! Fries were good and the seasoning was awesome! The cook did a great job preparing the food. Good food, staff was friendly, I'll be back.

Overpriced and overdone. Burgers and fries were not terrible, just not a solid value.For the price and time we waited, 5 Guys just across the intersection would have been better. The burgers were ordered medium-rare. Both came out well done. Toppings were also missing on one of them. Neither issues are worth flagging one of the staff down, but something you wouldn't hope to deal with.
