Had a great time at Aqua e Vino. Been wanting to try it for a while. Our server Rachel was great. Very attentive and knew the menu and gave us some good suggestions as well. We had a few different pastas, the special burrata and the eggplant Parmesan. Everything was delicious. They also made a great dirty martini and had a great wine selection. Tonight was excellent! We visited Aqua e Vino to celebrate a friend who was visiting town.Our waiter, Ben, provided top notch service and made recommendations on wine and food throughout the service. The Dover Sole special was 10/10 and highly recommend ordering if it’s on the menu.We will definitely be visiting again as this is one of the best meals we’ve had since moving back to Charlotte.
