Cute restaurant with great atmosphere! French onion soup was very good, but crepes were a bit chewy. Also the restaurant seemed understaffed, loved our waiter but he was so busy and did not see him often due to how busy the restaurant was but he was good. I ordered the soup and salad combo and it was rung up as separate entrees but did not have time to get it corrected. Salad ordered was Thai chicken and was decent. The mushrooms were also good.
Enjoyed this last outing at Cafe Monte. There is a great sense of consistency in this establishment, with the food, service, and atmosphere always terrific. Get a reservation for the busy nights, and enjoy!

I have been to Cafe Monte at least 10 times and the experience has always been great. The food, service and ambiance is always superb. Tuesday nights bottles of wine are half priced and the selection is large.
