I have yet to have a bad experience with the food or service, and that's over MANY years. Often go here for special occasions like anniversaries and family visits.The live music can be a bit loud if you're seated up there, so make sure you're okay with that.
The food was really delicious with great flavor. We had the fried green tomatoes which the remoulade was what made it, duck special with crawfish étouffée, and a few martinis. The service was a bit slow, but we enjoyed the pace. Live music was wonderful and we did sit upstairs which was loud, but we could still hear one another.Parking: Complementary valet which was lovely

I did not take pictures of everything but I wish I had! The gumbo is the best, definitely start with that. We also had the Cajun popcorn...fantastic! Our main dishes (pictured here) are the Creole 3 Way and the Étouffée 3 Way. Sooooo good! We also got desserts - bread pudding and key lime pie. Everything was wonderful. This is a staple every time we visit Charlotte.
