Especially Debbie and Bobby Helped me take care of everything I need during a 3 hours wait time in here. “It was my first time visiting this location and I loved the food and energy from the staff! Although I went super early around the time they opened through the drive-thru this Saturday there was only one guy taking orders outside and he was very helpful, sweet, and had good energy which was wonderful considering how early in the morning it was, I loved the service it made my day, definitely coming back!“

“I ordered here multiple times while in town. It can get quite busy after work, but they do a really good job with moving the line forward and getting you through the drive-thru. No issues. The young adults were very professional. Quite impressed.“
“Gail the manager at this location is phenomenal!!I was having issues with my app taking payment off my GIFT CARD as opposed to simply scanning it to redeem rewards and pay another way, but Gail fixed it up for me! The solution is to tell the cashier before you scan anything-"I DONT want to pay on my app, I just want my points. I'd like to pay with a separate form of payment." So they click a different button on the POS.Gail threw me some rewards and was so helpful through all this!!!Thank you Gail!!!!!!!Additionally while we were there, a kind older woman who was running orders, cleaning the lobby, checking on guests, HELPED US come up with a cute photo idea. We were all students on a work lunch and our organization was having a competition for most creative photo. The lady was so kind and allowed us (20+ years old) to break the rules and enter the play place for the photos. Thank you!“
“Located inside the BOA Plaza. Had to run an errand at the Walgreens and stopped in for breakfast. They were slammed! But they got us in and out swiftly.I got the 10pc chicken minis meal and a Sunjoy. The Sunjoy was okay. It wont be replacing the lemonade in future. The tea watered the goodness down. It wasn't horrible it just wont be getting my attention in future.“
“Got take away from the picnic table area service windows. Food was ok, fries could have been hotter but I did have to take them home before eating.Parking: Too many store delivery cars in parking lot...doesn't leave much parking when busy. I have a large work van that can't fit through the drive thru so I need to park and walk up....and I need 2 adjacent spots to park comfortably.“

“It's quick, faster lines and great service. I have never had a problem going to this location. It also has a dining area for you to sit down and enjoy your food.Kid-friendliness: Yes, I've seen lots of people bring their children and it's not a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I think it's very accessible for those who have wheelchairs“
“Ike is my hero! As a delivery driver sometimes when you come into this store you have to wait until the young people decide to wait on you. But Ike is a different breed his customer service is above par! You can tell that he genuinely cares not only about the quality work he puts out but the delivery person getting there orders to the customer in a timely fashion so we can make money. If you had 10 of these guys on one shift this place would be run with excellence. Thank you Ike for all that you so. We see and appreciate you!“
“I’m new to US and it’s less than a month still trying to adjust but I just can’t adapt to the fast food fried chicken. Their service was excellent, I got the chicken sandwich combo and it was just the chicken in the bread looking like an incomplete bugger?, but it’s on me?.. Tasted weird and had some flavor that felt like antibiotic while I struggle my fiancé really enjoyed it.The sprite tasted like sprite and was in a huge cup✅Still adjusting.“
“I came in around 9am ordered an entree and a coffee. Unfortunately the coffee was out so they had to make a new pot of coffee, but because of having to wait who I’m thinking was the manager offered to get me a drink while i waited. She was super sweet & made sure as soon as it was ready to get it right to me. Thank you to this mornings breakfast crew!!“
“Parents of the high schoolers who work at this Chick-fil-A should be beaming with joy. Their customer service is top-notch. The order is ALWAYS right. They are cordial when I pull up in the drive-thru and it is consistent at the service window. I know I can get in and out no matter the time of day.Dietary restrictions: There is something on the menu for everyone.“

“Excellent sandwich as always. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich is excellent, especially if you add the Chick-fil-A sauce. The service is quite quick. Price is what’s expected from Chick-fil-A.The place is great, it is well-lit, seating is comfortable. There are many seating available. Place is well maintained and clean.Parking is quite easy.“

“This location got a much needed upgrade and the rude manager that used to be there is gone. The food is as good as ever but one thing I can ALWAYS count on is never getting the sauces I request. What is the point of asking what kind of sauces I would like in the bag, if you never ever ever put them in there?“
“The customer service and food is A1 no doubt about it. The location however does not support the demand. The space is small and makes the drive thru line go out into the street. I only come here because I work close by. You also have to go through the drive thru to park for inside service. Handicapped parking is also blocked by drive thru.“
“In the Southpark food court. Very busy, but CFA associates were on top of it. Food was their norm, excellent. Rate down on atmosphere because a food court has none. The court is fairly convenient to parking though instead of being stuck in the middle of the mall like it once was.“

I was just there and I mobile ordered a cookies & cream milkshake but when I got to the window they told me they were completely out, then offered to get me something else. I asked for a cookie and the lady at the window was so sweet and gave me 6. She was extremely kind!!“
“Felt compelled to leave a review after seeing all the negative reviews on this location! Our service was fast and friendly. Trevor took our order in the drive through and he was great and repeated our order to double check. Our order was packed correctly with all the correct items and sauces. Food was hot and fresh. We did not have a long wait at 12:30 on a Saturday.“
