“I had a problem with one of my orders in the past and was not getting any response from papa johns team but when I went to the location and spoke with the manager named Rama she took time to solve the matter and explain what must have happened. Not only that she gave us a free order to compensate. More managers should be like her.“

“I order from Papa John's frequently as I work at the Labcorp not to far from this location. I've always had a pleasant experience. I order on the app, my pizza is made right and is always ready when I get there! I also love that they have a drive thru! I believe I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean/Shawn today! “Great pizza and customer service, on a side note these bad reviews during covid are funny and are a joke. People seem to forget that covid happened and that no contact delivery is a thing right now and that alot of places are way understaffed, but yet people only care about themselves and magicly want things at the snap of their fingers. Got one person talking about cockroches in their pizzas which is a joke. If you don't want no contact delivery you have the option to not choose it, so to get mad about having your pizza left on the ground is quite pointless. Also remember that most food places didn't close down at all during covid and that the employees at these places are taking the risk of getting covid even if they have been vaccinated.“

“They were very helpful! I ordered online for delivery but for some reason it was processed as pick up and I was at work so no way for pick up! I called the store and Josh was able to switch it to delivery and my family got the pizza in 30 minutes! That was fantastic. Thanks Josh ??“

“I ordered my food to be delivered and door dash brought it to m not a papa John’s employee. That’s fine no complaints. Advised the driver that they forgot my soda they said to contact the store because they didn’t give it to him. The guy johnathan I think said a driver will be out to delivery to you. The driver showed up and delivered my soda. Idk about some of you all but for him that didn’t get paid for the delivery in the first place come back out and bring me my soda on a busy night? “After placing my order online I got a phone call saying delivery wasn't available because there were no drivers at the time. When I got to the store, there was only one girl doing everything! Girl, if you're not the manager of that store, you should be! Great work! I hope you get help, soon. Keep up the good work!“

“After trying to get ahold of the correct store in my area and speaking with a extremely rude and abrupt lady with a horrible attitude this morning at the south tryon store I gladly was able to speak wIth Briana from Shopton Rd. “Located in a clean well lit area. I originally wanted a restaurant that was in the same shopping center but quickly decided against it when I noticed that the parking lot was full. I hadn't had pizza and probably about a year and I decided why not. It just goes to show what all I've missed because now they offer pizza bowls! I've had pizza bowls before and they were never really that satisfying because it was mostly sauce. Papa John's on the other hand, did not disappoint. I also tried the twix bites that they offer. I swear I don't know how else to say this but only somebody who is under the influence came up with that because it is absolutely delicious. ?? You have to eat those really quick though because they will get hard the next day. The people that work there were all very nice and attentive.Vegetarian options: If you want anything "vegified" just ask. It's also on the menu if I'm not mistaken.Parking: The place I originally wanted to go to was a bar and it was Friday night so it was a lot of people there. There's also a grocery store that shares the parking lot and this Papa John's. I'm pretty sure there's usually not a problem with finding parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of handicap parking as well as little ramps to allow you to get up onto the little sidewalk there“

“Papa Johns delivered again! Boom! Nothing like watching professional football with fresh and delicious pizza delivered to your door. Awesome! I devoured an Italian papada that was awesome! We enjoyed a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza also an order of cheese sticks, Chicken tenders and cinnamon bites. Everything was delicious and spot on. Like I said before Papa Johns delivered again! Boom! God bless all my fellow foodies Always.“

“The wrong delivery address was placed, therefore, delivered to the wrong location. At that point, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Dominic, about the issue. He was understanding and able to make a new order without issues. I received the order in a timely manner! I appreciate the service!“

“This is one of the most efficient Papa John’s I’ve been to with the kindest staff. My order got processed and ready quickly, as it usually does, and allowed me to pick it up via walking from campus without a long wait time. The pizza is always fresh and delicious; I never have a problem with my orders. This will continue to be my go-to for pizza night!“

“Experienced 10:30 am 12-31-2022. Pizza was hot, fresh crisp veggies & fully cooked. Seems many others had bad experiencias here but mine was not. Considering this Airport is in the top six busiest in the U.S. & all the food vendors lines where at least 10 plus people service was better than expected.“

Once it said it was delivered, I went to go get it and realized more than half my order is missing, and I ordered through the website to avoid it being delivered through DoorDash, because DoorDash is a complete POS. Literally minutes later, the store is closed, can’t call them, DoorDash won’t do anything, and I’m still missing my food.Edit: I’m editing my review because I finally got a hold of someone at the store. They were polite and understanding, and offered to rectify the issue. “It's really clean and busy, the lady was a but short with me but at the same time they were swamped and the customers were rude at least some were in the few minutes I was in there. The o ly issue I had was the app said pizza was ready and it wasn't I feel like they mark it done to keep stars up but all in all solid papa Johns“

“Give them another try!I ordered october 2 2023. Something has dramatically changed about this location. Used to be one of the worst PJ locations, now it’s made a total 180. Pizza was delicious and came extremely fast.Would be 5 stars, but the delivery driver didn’t knock on my door or ring the doorbell, just left it on the ground.No clue what happened, but what an amazing improvement! Did yall get on Kitchen Nightmares or something? Keep up the good work.“
