Pizza Hut in Charlotte

“The pizza was exactly what I was craving. For some reason, I really wanted that stuffed crust pizza. It really hit the spot. Thank you, Pizza Hut. ? you guys were really swamped with orders, but I was so happy to be able to walk in and pick up my pie.“

“My order was ready surprisingly quick for me to pick up. When I went to pick up my order, there was two male workers who walked right pass me while I was at the counter, and did not acknowledge my presence. I thought that was rude of them to treat me as if I was invisible. They could have said hello or someone will be with me shortly or something. Eventually a nice older lady came to the counter and helped me.“

“We ordered tonight for the first time in awhile and we were not disappointed. We got the parmesan wings and dinner box. Everything was great. The pizza had the right amount of sauce, not too much that made it soggy, but enough to taste. Perfect amount of cheese all the way to the crust. Wings were spot on. Breadstick were soft and cheesy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks Pizza Hut for making my supper a hit.“

“I felt compelled to write a review after giving a horrible survey last night for my wrong delivery order. My order was all wrong and missing items. After several attempts to contact the store the previous night, to no avail, I decided to go to the location after work the next day. Yes, my wrong order was a big deal as it was missing wings, my pepsi and one of the pizza’s had the wrong topping. Needless to say, the manager on duty, Shana did an excellent customer service, by rectifying my order after showing her my receipt as well as the picture of what I received from my delivery. I am satisfied with how the situation was handled, professionally and politely. Please understand, these fast food restaurants are short staffed, with dedicated, overworked employees. Mistakes are made, however it’s when they can be corrected to the customer’s satisfaction that counts. I’m going to send some of your deadbeat baby daddies down there to apply for a job, so they can help you with your kid’s Christmas!!!!!??“

“I did an online order there late yesterday afternoon and not only was my special requests perfect the food itself was tasty hot and the best pizza, and boneless wings I have had in a while.Dietary restrictions: When i said light sauce they really did light sauce.“

“This is pretty good has a city place it's can get crowded and I understand the pizza doesn't make people's expectations but the pizza is pretty good for a city pizzeria most people are picky but that is not me this pizza was very good :)“

“We were hesitant at first to give them a chance because of the low review but we have taste for Pizza Hut and this location was the closest one. We went and were not disappointed at all.The service was good and the food was hot and fresh. Please keep up the good work. I know it’s hard to please everyone but if you have good service and make sure the food is hot and fresh you won’t have as many complaints.“

“My family loves the pizzas. ? I use this facility to throw pizza parties? at my adopted school in west Charlotte, Charles H Parker Academic Center. The children love the pizzas .? A shout out to store manager Janie /Janice (oops !? )for always coming through to help me get those pizzas ? to the children. Star facility and yummy ? pizzas! ? ?Kid-friendliness: The children rave about the Pizza Hut pizzas. ?“

“I thought I wrote the review already but Destine was so sweet and patient with me and my daughter she help us out with the online order we had no idea what we was doing on that phone she loves what she does we need nore people like destine in this world ❤️“

“I really enjoy going here. I would rather order my pizza here than at a regular Pizza Hut. They have all my favorite things like cinnamon bread and pan pizza. The people that work there are very friendly and always smiling. The ice cream is also really good! I like this location and I’m happy it’s so close to me house.“

“Service and the quality of the product has really improved recently. The service is great and if they don't have a driver available they use DoorDash. The deliveries have always arrived quickly and the stores I send orders too are very happy with the product and quality.“

“As a traveler, I get to eat at a lot of different places. As Pizza Huts go, the food here has been better than average and service times are always quicker than I expect. The manager seems very motivated, but I rarely get a happy vibe from the counter staff. I haven't tried the delivery yet, but fast service and great food certainly recommend it.Updating with an extra star for a great follow-up experience.“

“Good value. Pizza ready on time. Pleasant employee. My only concern is that this was the thinnest pan crust I've ever gotten at a Pizza Hut. I sure hope this is a one-time thing and not a change in the crust, as the pan crust is why Pizza Hut is my favorite“

“I've ordered from this location countless times over the years. I think they're getting a bad rep due to them using DoorDash for deliveries. For 1, anything after your pizza is picked up is on the DD delivery driver not Pizza Hut themselves. So a lot of these recent negative reviews need to be elsewhere. However with all that said it's always wise to order Carry Out! 9 times out of 10 everything is correct, hot & fresh.“

“Pizza Hut has consistently held the top spot as my all-time favorite pizza joint. Their signature pies have a unique flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. The crust is always just right, and the toppings are generously piled on. The dining experience is consistently delightful. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere add to the overall appeal. I have yet to find another pizza place that can hold a candle to Pizza Hut. It truly stands in a league of its own.“

“I had a problem with billing on an order placed from the Pizza Hut app. I tried getting help from Pizza Hut’s corporate number with no success. I was able to get in contact with Shahid who helped me resolve everything. He was very polite and took time to get it all resolved. Thank you very much! Pizza Hut is my favorite :) and 5-Star Customer Satisfaction. I appreciate your time used to help me.“

“2nd times a charm. Went on a weekend evening, ordered to over the phone a Detroit pizza. They were out of bacon, so they gave me extra cheese. Waited for 1/2 hour in the drive thru! Got home and the pizza didn't have extra cheese or Any sauce! Called, no answer. Called again, was put on hold for 1/2 hour! Finally hung up and called back the next day. Jonathan, a manager profusely apologized. Saying that the system was down and it was a horrible day. He offered to make me a new pizza but we had already had dinner. He credited me the $15 on a future purchase. I used it tonight and he personally made me a great pizza and it was ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Both times the lady at the pickup window was super sweet. I tipped her for her customer service.“
