Things started off fine, then got a little sour. An order was called out, I walked up thinking for a second it was mine, realize it wasn't when I heard chicken after reaching the counter. Instead of letting me know it was for another customer who apparently wasn't there at the time, the owner goes to tell me "I know what I heard. You ordered chicken, not tuna" instead of addressing the situation appropriately by looking up at the customer (myself) to make sure the right person...read full review
I really wanted avoid a chain so I drive past other sub shops to give Sandwich Max a try. I was stoked to see skateboards and artwork on the walls along with a couple young men hustling hard while under staffed. Service was great and the food was delicious. Thank you.
they made a sandwich wrong, left off seven ingredients. they knew they'd left some off when it went out three door, as they tossed in a few mayo packets.Manager "Bill" said that it sounded like I was just upset that they gave me mayo on the side and was "that really such a big problem for [me]"they left off mayo, provolone, American cheese, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.I had to walk up there and change out the sandwich, they wouldn't even deliver it. and when I got there, Bill...read full review
