Ordered food for delivery, half of the food was wrong the other half wasn't in the bag so I had to go to the store and they gave my food to the wrong person. The food was cold and tasted terrible.
UPDATE: 02/13/2024There is nothing more that sets your expectations as to the first rude greeting at the ordering position in the drive thru. The sound of total disgust when you ask a question or confirmation. Then you get to the window and she hands you a drink you did not order. You say....I'm sorry, that is not mine. Can only order from the kiosk. Staff is useless and only one kiosk is working but all the staff tells you is you can only order from their kiosk. I watched your kiosk costume five customers today. I’m sure it has and will cost you many more. If Covid killed anything it is the food service industry.
