Hello anyone who is new to the restaurant. I’ve been coming/ going to Viva Chicken restaurant all around North and South Carolina and I have yet to have a bad experience. Every time I wanted to try something new, I ask for a suggestion and I have not been let down once. They work in a World Cup clean kitchen/environment and maintain the restaurant to the best of the capabilities which I will write is nine out of ten or ten out of ten depending how critical you want me to be....read full review
Arvis demonstrates the epitome of great customer service. Him and his team go above and beyond to make sure that food orders are accurate and that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of their service.

I went to Viva Chicken Ballantyne today, and the experience was really good. Arvis took my order, and he was very nice, was honest with me when I asked questions, and he kind of made me laugh. LoL. It’s always good to have Good Customer Service.
