“First of all the person who took my order and gave me my order was so personable and called me by name, and was really nice, I appreciate that. I think his name was Guy.When I got home, I realized I had got the wrong wings and when I called and mentioned it, they fixed it immediately. When I went back to the restaurant, the order was ready and they apologized and gave me the right thing at no cost. I really appreciated that they made things right with no argument.“
“I placed a delivery order on 2/22 and the driver never delivered the food. I was frustrated and drove to the store. When I got there, it was already very busy and dealing with a customer who spoke little english. But Walter Wallace, Kayln and Ty Cohen and the other employees who worked that night handled it perfectly. They were amazing and hilarious. They greeted everyone and were extremely patient. I've never seen customer service like this. I literally went from being frustrated to having a great night all because of their professionalism. Every customer that came in was treated well. I hope all my future Wingstop visits will be handled by them.“

“Whoever was working March 5, 2023 around 10pm did a great job. Believe it or not this was my first time ever having Wingstop. I ordered through Postmates. I got a 20 pc bonless wings with voodoo fries and cajun corn. The chicken was good. I live about 10-15 minutes away so they were still warm. I got 4 different flavors and they were all sauced well. The corn was still hot. The fries were warm but considering I live 10-15 minutes away I cant expect them to be hot after that drive. I didnt have any issues. I also got a free chicken sandwich with my purchase but didnt eat it bc I already had too much food. I domt have any complaints. Thanks for good first experience :)“
