Ace No. 3 has been on my to-try list for some time. Finally made it. Let’s get right to it.First of all, I had the privilege of meeting Alyssa, the district manager. I get the feeling she loves her job. She is featured in one of my videos describing the loyalty program. Something you definitely need to sign up for. Customer service is always good. Staff seems to enjoy their job. Great environment if you like good food with music and they have a small screen to tune into your sports.Parking: Parking is right outside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have an outside patio if the music on the inside is to loud. We sat inside and enjoyed the tunes.

My husband and I stopped in for burgers tonight as ACE was participating in the Humane Society of Charlotte’s “Plates for Paws” fundraising event! THIS IS FABULOUS! And…you know what else was fabulous…the customer experience we had with JARED (and the burgers)!!! We’ll be back!
