Eating at Bojangles is like buying a scratch off lottery ticket. You hope you’ll get lucky but the vast majority of the time you just throw away your money. But after you’re disappointed you keep going back because you think next time it’ll be a better outcome but it rarely is.
Consistently bad fries. Every visit Ive made to this particular location ive been given the worst fries they are hard, day old, poorly seasoned. Do better its getting annoying. Service and speed is good but thats trumped by the poor quality

I drive an extra 4 miles to come to this location because it is not the closest one to my house, but it is the cleanest the nicest and the freshest. The employees are always friendly. The food is always fresh and I never have issues like I do at the location at 49/601 where they claim to have run out of chicken or out of biscuits on a consistent basis.
