I see alot of negative comments about this store, but they must have not met EVE! I've never seen a manager who take orders, make orders, bag orders, run the floor all with a smile on her face. She is amazing and this store is lucky to have her. She helped me and my family with our coupons and made sure our order was fresh. I saw her coach team members and praise them for their work. I embarrassed my self today by having “Karen moment” at this Burger King when they got my order wrong. It happens, I overreacted because I’d already had a bad day but the manager here not only fixed the mistake but helped turned my day around. I wish I’d gotten her name. Her kind soul deserves a raise.

I take my son on dates. We went inside. My son is learning etiquette with eating out. Kim, the GM, waited on us. My son handed her the coupon. She graciously put my sons name on the order. She asked me how to spell his name properly. What a lovely experience we had this evening. Kim is such a wonderful lady. Her staff was professional. And quick.
