Ordered online at 11:30 and didn’t walk out of the place until 12:17. I asked the guy when I walked in if mine was ready, checked a few bags & he said it’ll be a few minutes. I asked another guy 35 min later and grabs a bag that had been sitting there the whole time while if I had just walked in and stood in like would’ve been 20 min less. Love JMs this spot just sucks.

The gentlemen behind the counter took care of me. I think they could tell I wasn’t having a great day. They made it a lot better. They say the place is under new management; the new ones are doing something right.

If you want to get a sub quick, this is not the Jersey Mike’s to go to. On numerous occasions I have had to wait over 30 minutes for my orders. Typically, I just get two Giant subs, nothing weird about them. Tonight, I had to wait 42 minutes for my subs after putting my order in online. They seemed to be having some technical problems with their card reader, which i understand, however my order was put in long before those issues arose.
