It was dirty, kids were crawling on tables, they messed up mine and my son's orders, this location doesn't have the drink machine's in lobby so you have to ask for refills.
This is the best McDonald’s in the Charlotte area! The general manager is on top of her game, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food never disappoints. If you are looking for a clean place to eat with a great crew, please give this place a shot.

It's not bad my opinion about this place is that their food is always fresh and hot when you get it, definitely a long drive thru and I would definitely recommend this McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly, they have happy meals with toys.
